Area 51 Custom's shop project, a 1995 F-150 Reg. Cab Flareside, is a 3 year, extensive, ground-up truck buildup. Sponsored by AirRide Technologies (http://www.ridetech.com), Scott's HotRods & Customs (http://www.scottshotrods.com) and numerous other companies, the truck will be debuting early in 2004. The truck is based on a full box tube chassis, Scott's Hot Rods SuperSlam IFS, AirRide Technologies Shockwaves, "BigRed" valves and other components. The truck will be powered by a turbocharged 302, featuring aluminum heads, sheet metal intake, and custom turbo headers thanks to SMS Products. Body mods include a complete shave, chop top, and 5.5" stock floor body drop. We will try to update the project pictures very regularly, stay tuned....

Area 51 Custom's ongoing shop project "Lo Foad" is well underway. This 1995 Ford F-150 will showcase the latest trends in the industry with a dose of hot rod styling.
